The project is implemented by an international consortium comprising organizations from Europe and Latin America committed to improving Vocational Education and Training (VET) in the sustainable fashion sector.

Purpose of Processing Personal data provided by the user via the website may be processed for the following purposes: Managing inquiries, information requests, and communications submitted through contact forms. Managing participation in activities, courses, seminars, events, and «Living Fashion Labs» organized by the project. Sending information regarding project activities and results, subject to prior consent. Managing subscriptions to newsletters and institutional communications. Compiling aggregated statistics on project participation and impact. Complying with administrative, financial, and monitoring obligations established by the Erasmus+ programme and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).

Country of residence. Information related to participation in project activities. Images, photographs, or recordings obtained during project events or activities, where applicable. Special categories of personal data will not be requested or processed unless strictly necessary and supported by an appropriate legal basis.
6. Data recipients Data may be shared exclusively with: Partner entities of the FashionSKILLS4BETTER consortium. The European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), when necessary for project management, monitoring, auditing, or evaluation. Technology providers offering services related to web hosting, training platform management, or electronic communications, acting at all times as data processors. Under no circumstances will data be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. International transfers Given the international nature of the project, some processing activities may involve organizations located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, necessary measures will be adopted to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data retention Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and, subsequently, for the periods required by European regulations applicable to projects funded by the European Union. Data linked to audit, control, and justification obligations may be retained for the periods established by current European legislation.
