Fashion Skills 4 Better
Fashion Skills 4 Better is a Vocational Education and Training (VET) capacity-building project co-funded by the Erasmus+ program; it bridges the gap between training and industry to drive the sustainable and digital transition of the fashion sector in Europe and Latin America.
FS4B focuses on the sustainable, digital, and entrepreneurial transformation of the fashion sector, with a particular emphasis on Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Latin America.
This initiative is underpinned by the following concepts: The Twin Transition: sustainability and digitalization as a single strategic process. Strengthening VET systems and empowering trainers as agents of change. The quadruple helix approach (business, academia, public authorities, and civil society). Living Fashion Labs as spaces for territorial innovation and ecosystem building, rather than mere learning laboratories. Creating an international lifelong learning ecosystem for sustainable fashion. Connecting training, SMEs, artisans, and the labor market.
